Dr. Kevin Kovach – PhotoDr Kovach was one of the first Refractive Surgeons to preform lasik surgery in DuPage County. A resident of DuPage County, Illinois since birth, refractive surgeon Kevin Kovach, MD, graduated cum laude from Loyola Stritch School of Medicine in 1992. After completing his residency at the Loyola University Medical Center in 1996, Dr. Kovach joined our team of board certified eye surgeons. His extensive experience in LASIK eye surgery for the treatment of myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism has earned him a reputation throughout the Chicago, Illinois area as a leading refractive surgeon. His diligent and comprehensive approach to eye care includes continued training in the latest laser techniques available for treatment of cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. Additionally, Dr. Kovach's commitment to patient education enables our patients to make knowledgeable decisions about their treatment plan.

David J. Hayden, M.D.

Dr. David Hayden - PhotoA lifelong resident of the Chicago, Illinois area, surgeon David J. Hayden, MD, earned his medical degree from Loyola Stritch Medical School. He then completed his residency at Harvard School of Medicine and Cook County Hospital. As a board certified eye surgeon, Dr. Hayden started his practice in Elmhurst in 1969, and is recognized as one of the first surgeons in DuPage County to perform no-stitch cataract surgery. He is considered an expert in the field, and has continued his commitment to excellence by providing quality eye care as a clinical instructor at Triton College and through extensive volunteer work.

Marlyn F. Goldberg, M.D.

Dr. Marilyn F. Goldberg - Photo

Marlyn F. Goldberg, M.D., retina vitreous certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, specializes in diseases of the retina. She performs diagnostic testing and provides medical and laser treatment for a broad range of diseases affecting the back of the eye, including diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration.

Dr. Goldberg is a native Chicagoan who completed her Medical School at Northwestern University Medical School. She is a Residency graduate of Washington University Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. Her distinguished fellowship included Joslin Diabetes Center, Beetham Eye Institute; Boston, Ma, a clinical fellow at Harvard Medical School Department of Ophthalmology, and Washington Hospital Center, Washington, D.C.
