We at Kovach Eye Institute believe that everybody should be able to achieve Extraordinary Vision without financial hardship. To help our patients in the Chicago and the Chicagoland areas, we offer financing options for SMILE, LASIK, and other out-of-pocket vision correction procedures.

Financing can be leveraged for all types of vision services and surgeries that aren’t covered by insurance, such as:

Flexible Financing Options – Alphaeon Credit Card

The Alphaeon Credit Card allows you to easily pay for ophthalmology costs associated with vision correction surgery. All financing is subject to credit approval. Terms are subject to change.

Using HSA/FSA Funds

In addition to financing their vision correction surgery, our patients can also pay for elective treatments using a medical savings plan such as a Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Many people do not realize that they can use their HSA or FSA for LASIK and other elective vision procedures, as well as many out-of-pocket vision care expenses.
